Mission/Vision

Striving to help children and others with books

Munch’s Adventure was created a long time ago with my colored pencils and notebook. It sat on a shelf for many years. Through the course of employment opportunities, I was connected to a graphic designer who agreed to bring Munch to life! This was so exciting! Finally, my dream coming to reality just as I had visioned it to be.
So copies were sold and slowly the book was being distributed.
Then, a situation where a little boy fighting cancer was brought into my life. I had a vision, why not use this as a resource to raise money to help others? I promoted an activity to raise funds with Munch’s Adventure in October 2015. I raised $350 for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. And that was just me, one person, contributing back to an important entity.
Why not continue? There are so many more to provide aid to! As I was reading my Bible one day, Ecclesiastes 4:12 “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves, a cord of three strands is not easily broken” stood out to me. Three Threads of Giving was created. Reading and health are vital components to our children’s overall well being. We all need to work together in this world so why not also teach children the gift of helping others and giving. If we join together, and with God’s wisdom and guidance, we can make this world a better place for children everywhere.
If you have an interest in purchasing books and having a portion of the proceeds donated to a particular organization, please contact me !  I also love to do author visits to schools to engage children in learning about good nutrition! I would love to connect with you and help others.  We can work together to make a difference!  Thank you!
